It is our major concern to protect your personal data while being processed throughout the entire process, and we would like to assure that you feel secure visiting our website.

Please see below detailed information on what data we collect during your visit on our website and how it is used. This Privacy Statement applies to all websites operated by Printiko. Personal Data

Defined as “any information concerning the personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person”, Personal data includes information such as your real name, date of birth, address, and telephone number. Unless directly related to your real identity, any kind of information– such as favourite websites or number of users of a site – is not considered personal data.

In accordance with legal regulations, you hold the right to request information, correction, deletion, or restriction regarding your personal data. We will also make your data available in a common structured machine-readable format. You have the right to withdraw the consent to use your data which we had before (e.g., registering to our e-mail news list). Once you have revoked it, you will be unsubscribed from the related list. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

During your visit on our website, data will be collected from search engines and forms in log files. When you visit our website, our web servers will automatically save the connection data of the inquiring computer, the pages visited on our website, the date and time of the visit, the identification data of the browser and type of operating system as well as the web pages from which you visit us. Please note that this is done for reasons of system security. No further personal information, such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address is collected unless such information is volunteered by you, for example in the context of a registration, a survey, a prize competition, the performance of a contract or a request for information. The stored data is used to track abuse on the web server and then deleted. The date of the last login is also used in the context of commercial addressing, insofar as this is legally permissible.

The personal data you provided is used solely for specific purposes, such as processing your order or processing a contract concluded with you or to answer your enquiry as well as a technical reason such as an administration of the website. Printiko does not use your data unless it is necessary to fulfil a contract or to perform a service within the framework of order data processing, or if you have expressly consented to it.

Deleting Data

If your data is no longer required for the above purposes including billing, it will be deleted. Please note that with each deletion, the data is initially only blocked and then permanently deleted after a time delay to prevent accidental deletion or any intentional damage. For technical reasons, data may be duplicated in backup files and copies of services. If necessary, such copies are also deleted with a delay for technical reasons.

Use of Cookies

On our website, we generally use “session cookies” which place data in your browser’s memory for technical session checks. This data is deleted as soon as you close your browser. “Cookies” contain no personal data, and they do not work after you leave our website. If you do not wish any “Cookies” saved on your computer, you can still have access to most of our website; however, you may not be able to use certain functions or page ranges. We also use the anonymized IP masking function. Before transferring your IP address to Google servers in the USA, it will be shortened within the EU. The transmission of the full IP address is shortened on the servers in the USA, which is carried out only rarely.

Safety

To protect your personal data from loss and misuse, Printiko takes all necessary safety precautions, both technical and organizational. To ensure this, your data is stored in a safe operating system that is not publicly available. In certain cases, so-called Transport Layer Security technology (TSL) encrypts your personal data for transmission by. Namely, with TSL-protected data, the communication between your computer and our servers is carried out with an approved encryption procedure providing that your browser supports TSL. Please note that the confidentiality of the transmitted information is not guaranteed if you wish to contact us by e-mail. The content of e-mails can be intercepted by third parties. We therefore recommend that you send us confidential information only by traditional mail. 

Personal Data and Its Processing in Detail - E-Mail Marketing (Mailings)

In case you wish to be in a mailings list, your valid e-mail address is required. A confirmation link will be sent to the provided e-mail address, which confirms that you are the owner of the e-mail address and that you agree to receive e-mails.

Upon your confirmation, your IP address is saved along with the date of registration and confirmation so that we can substantiate the registration in case of doubt.
